Description: The second of three televised lectures delivered at Sanders Theatre at Harvard University by Clark Kerr, President of the University of California. President Kerr is introduced by John T. Dunlop, chairman of the department of Economics at Harvard. The lecture focuses on the impact of federal aid on universities and federal policy toward universities.
